§ 116.02 DRIVERS HOURS LIMITED.
   No operator, or driver, of a taxicab licensed under the provisions of this chapter to carry passengers for hire in the city shall remain on duty, or permit any chauffeur, or other operator employed by him, to remain on duty for more than twelve (12) hours during any one day.
