(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) , nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) , or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days or both so fined and imprisoned, for each offense.
(B) On conviction of any violation of the terms of this chapter, the city shall be authorized to seek forfeiture of the bond provided for in this chapter, in a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
