§ 111.04 REGISTRATION FEE; ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   On completion in full of the form and submission thereof prior to the minimum 30-day period, and on payment to the City Clerk of a five dollar ($5.00) registration fee, the City Clerk may issue a permit to conduct a charitable solicitations campaign, for the period and in the manner set forth in the submitted form, which period shall not exceed twelve (12) consecutive months. The City Clerk shall make a reasonable effort to determine the validity and responsibility of all solicitors to whom permits have been issued under this chapter.
