§ 102.31 CABLE FRANCHISE AND OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM.

With respect to matters not covered by this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall affect any rights or obligations of the city or any cable operator under cable franchises or related franchise agreements either issued or entered into by city or the rights or obligations of the city or any operator of any open video system.
