(A) Each solid waste customer of the city shall, in the absence of a written agreement to the contrary, receive service by the city once each week on such schedule as the city may prescribe.
(B) In the event any commercial customer should require service more often than once each week, each additional service shall be billed at the appropriate rate set out in § 97.02(B).
