(A) As used in this chapter and unless the context should otherwise require, all words shall have the same definitions as those contained in applicable provisions of federal or state laws, rules or regulations and those definitions are incorporated herein by reference.
(B) For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:
(1) COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER. All generators of solid waste within the city who do not meet the criteria established herein for residential customers;
(2) CONTAINER BOX. An unmanned metal receptacle suitable for the temporary deposit and collection of solid waste available for rental from the city in ten (10), twenty (20) and forty (40) cubic yard sizes.
(3) DUMPSTER. A metal receptacle suitable for the temporary containment of one cubic yard or more of solid waste, the design of which has been approved by the City Engineer;
(4) RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER. Any generator of solid waste within the city who receives any city service while residing in:
(a) A single-family residential structure;
(b) A single-family residential unit, which is located in a multi-family residential complex or;
(c) Any mobile home located in a mobile home park.
(5) TOTER. A plastic, rubber or other pliable material receptacle suitable for the temporary containment of 1/2 cubic yard or less of solid waste, the design of which has been approved by the City Engineer.
