§ 72.41 AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH METER ZONES.

   To insure the orderly flow of traffic and to provide the maximum feasible number of parking spaces within the business district of the city, the Council may, from time to time, establish restricted parking areas. The City Council does hereby establish a downtown restricted parking area. The downtown restricted parking area subject to the one hundred twenty (120) minute parking restriction is identified as follows:

   (A)   Franklin Street between East Arch Street and Center;

   (B)   Broadway from Franklin Street to the railroad;

   (C)   Main Street between Broadway and Arch Street;

   (D)   Federal Street;

   (E)   Union Street between Broadway and Center Street;

   (F)   Center Street between Franklin Street and the railroad crossing on West Center Street;

   (G)   Sugg Street between Main Street and the railroad.
