For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OFF-STREET PARKING. Parking in a space designated for the parking of motor vehicles other than on a street or highway.
ON-STREET PARKING. Parking in a designated space on any street or highway.
OPERATOR. Every individual who shall operate any vehicle.
VEHICLE. Any device in or on or by which any person or property is or may be transported on a highway or street.
