(A) No hazardous waste material as defined in KRS 224.01-010(31)(b) or as defined by any federal statute, law, rule or regulation in effect may be deposited or disposed of in any toter, dumpster or container box.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or business entity to leave or place demolition/construction debris or discarded rugs or carpets in excess of two (2) cubic yards on any property site visible to the public for a period in excess of two (2) days unless such materials are places in a container box or other appropriate metal storage container. The Sanitation Department will not pickup or dispose of refrigerators, air conditioners or other appliances containing freon unless the customer presents documentary evidence satisfactory to the sanitation department that all freon has been removed therefrom by a certified technician. Commercial tree-trimming companies shall not dump trees or limbs at the Sanitation Department's transfer facility.
