(A) Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $500. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) The foregoing chapter is read to and presented to a regular meeting of the City Council of Madisonville, Kentucky, for first reading on the 6th day of August, 2018 and the second reading on the 20th day of August, 2018. Motion was made by Adam Townsend, seconded by Mark Lee, that the chapter be adopted as the law of the City of Madisonville, Kentucky, to be effective upon publication, as required by law.
