§ 124.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings set forth in this section.
   MOBILE FOOD ADMINISTRATOR. The Zoning Administrator or his or her designee.
   MOBILE FOOD CART. An unmotorized wheeled device meant to be pushed along the sidewalk, or stationary in one location, for the sale of both prepared and pre-packaged foods and/or beverages.
   MOBILE FOOD PERMIT. All mobile food vendors must apply and receive a mobile food permit annually from the Mobile Food Administrator prior to vending within the City of Madisonville.
   MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE. A vehicle-mounted, vehicle-towed or vehicle-carried food service establishment that engages in the sale of both prepared and pre-packaged foods and/or beverages.
   MOBILE FOOD VENDOR. A person or persons that prepare or serve food and/or beverages to the general public from a mobile food vehicle or mobile food cart.
