§ 124.01 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

To promote diversification of the city’s economy and employment opportunities and support the incubation and growth of entrepreneurial/start-up businesses, increase quality of life and offer more dining options, this chapter has been adopted to allow mobile food vendors to operate within the city under specific guidelines.
