§ 123.05 TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO HOPKINS COUNTY TOURIST AND CONVENTION COMMISSION.
   On or before the last day of each calendar month, the City Director of Finance shall transfer to the Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission the gross monies collected from the restaurant tax collected as of the 25th day of the previous month.
