§ 36.09 LOITERING OR LOAFING.
   (A)   It is made unlawful for any person not a member of the Department, to loiter or loaf in the central fire station.
   (B)   Any person violating this section, shall on conviction be fined any sum not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
