§ 36.03 COMPOSITION.

(A) The Fire Department shall be composed of a Chief, and not less than fifty (50) firemen, two of whom shall be captains and four (4) of whom shall be lieutenants

(B) There is created two (2) position of assistant chief of the Fire Department, each of whom shall have the permanent rank of captain.
