§ 35.05 SERVICE OF WARRANTS; FEES.

(A) In all cases in which the city police for the city serve warrants within the corporate boundaries of the city the Chief of Police and members of the police force shall be entitled to the same fee that is allowed by law to the Hopkins County Sheriff. The fee shall be collected from the defendant upon conviction.

(B) It is directed that such fees shall be paid into the city treasury.
