§ 157.20 DESIGNATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR.
   The City Council hereby appoints the City Engineer to administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions, and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
