§ 34.22 ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Board of Trustees of the Policemen's and Firemen's Pension Fund shall make a report in writing, signed by the president and secretary of the Board, to the City Council of the condition of the pension fund on the first meeting in September of the Council in each and every year.
