§ 152.04 AMENDMENTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
   Section 103.2 of the International Property Maintenance Code is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
      The Code Official/Building Inspector shall be appointed by and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor, and such employment shall be subject to all terms and conditions of the city Personnel Policy Manual.
