The city does hereby adopt and incorporate herein by reference the International Property Maintenance Code, as same may be from time to time amended or supplemented, governing the conditions and maintenance of all properties, buildings and structures; providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to insure that structures are safe, sanitary, and fit for occupancy and use; the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use, and the demolition of such structures, and providing for the issuance of permits relating thereto; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of said International Property Maintenance Code. The City Clerk is hereby directed to maintain a copy of said International Property Maintenance Code as amended and make same available for distribution to the public the Code Official/Building Inspector and/or his or her designee shall be responsible for the enforcement of this section.
