All lots in Odd Fellows Cemetery and all lots in Eastside Odd Fellows Cemetery are subject to the following rules and regulations:
(A) All cemetery lots must be identified by ownership cornerstones which shall be installed within 60 days from the date of lot purchase.
(B) Flowers must be placed in vaces that are mounted on the monument, in monument saddles, or placed on shepherd hooks. Shepherd hooks shall be placed either at the head or the foot of the lot and shall not exceed four hooks per lot. Flowers may not be placed directly on the ground. However, wreath/flowers stands and grave blankets will be allowed during the period from November 1 to March 1. No fence, bench or other ornamental structure other than a headstone may be placed upon a cemetery lot without the prior written consent of the Superintendent of the city Park and Cemetery Department or his or her designee. Wooden or plastic benches will not be permitted. Any bench approved shall be placed parallel with the head monument at the foot of the lot and shall not be placed in concrete.
(C) All ornamental or decorative items (exclusive of headstones) and flowers placed on the ground shall be removed. Trees, shrubs, fences, toys, gravel, beads, picture frames, statutes, birdfeeders, plaques, pinwheels, silver lights and items of a similar nature which hinder, delay or interfere with mowing and maintenance of the cemetery lot are not permitted.
(D) Any items placed or left upon a cemetery lot in violation of these rules and regulations may be removed and discarded by the Cemetery Department without liability.
