§ 160.06 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The city has designated the City Engineer to be the administrator of this chapter. The duties of administration will include, but not be limited to:
      (1)   Promulgating the city’s Best Management Practices Manual for Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control.
      (2)   Review plans and issue permits for site clearing, grading, erosion control techniques, process and effectiveness.
      (3)   Cordinate permits, inspections, and other activities with city, state, and federal agencies under the city’s NPDES.
      (4)   Render judgment on the enforcement duties and requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   These duties will be executed in consultation with the Mayor, City Administrator, City Attorney, Zoning Administrator, and where appropriate other city, state, or federal officials.
