Pursuant to M.S. § 216B.0975, as it may be amended from time to time, no service of a residential customer shall be disconnected if the disconnection affects the primary cooling source when Lac qui Parle County is included in an excessive heat watch, heat advisory, or excessive heat warning issued by the National Weather Service.
