§ 152.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(A) No person shall install a wireless telecommunication facility or any portion thereof, at a height greater than is allowed for structures in the underlying zoning district without first being issued a wireless telecommunication tower permit.

(B) Amateur Radio Operator Towers (H.A.M. Operators) will be regulated in compliance with F.C.C. regulations.
