§ 30.02 CITY TREASURER.
   Pursuant to M.S. § 412.141, as it may be amended from time to time, the City Charter and the ordinance set forth in this section, the city is authorized to establish the office of City Treasurer, whose powers and duties shall be as authorized by state law.
