§ 151.101 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.

Every use, unless expressly exempted in this section or allowed by a conditional use permit, shall operate in its entirety within a completely enclosed structure, fenced or screened area. Parking and/or commercial storage of vehicles need not be enclosed.
