The final plat, conforming substantially to the preliminary plat as approved, shall be submitted to the City Clerk at least 15 days before the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission. The City Clerk shall place the final plat on the agenda of the next regular Planning Commission meeting and send notices as may be required.
(A) Three prints of a final plat shall be completed in compliance with the provisions of § 150.056.
(B) Other supplementary material shall be submitted as enumerated in this chapter.
