§ 150.025 CONCEPT PLAN REVIEW.
   (A)   Prior to the filing of application of a preliminary plat, the owner or owner’s representative shall meet with the City Planning Commission for informal discussion of the proposed plat. The owner will be asked to submit a sketch plan showing that consideration has been given to the relationship of the proposed subdivision to existing community facilities that would serve it, to neighboring subdivisions and development, and to the topography of the site. The Planning Commission shall, on the basis of the sketch plan, advise as to the extent which the proposed subdivision concept conforms to this chapter and other applicable city ordinances and suggest possible plan modifications necessary to obtain approval of the proposed plan.
   (B)   Submittal of the sketch plan does not constitute submittal of an application for subdivision.
