§ 150.012 CONFLICT.

It is not intended by this chapter to annul or interfere with any other official regulations or ordinances of the city; provided, however, that when there is a difference between minimum standards or dimensions herein and those contained in other official regulations or ordinances of the city, the most restrictive standards shall apply.
