§ 150.006 COMPLIANCE.
   After the adoption of this chapter, no lot in a subdivision shall be sold, no permit shall be issued to alter or erect any building upon land in a subdivision, and no building shall be erected in a subdivision except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
