§ 150.005 DEVELOPER AGREEMENT.
   The city may grant a developer permission to do work at its own expense, on the condition that the work be done under supervision of the city or its agents, engineers, or other representatives, on the terms and conditions contained in the signed development agreement or any other contracts or documents referred to.
