§ 130.05 PROHIBITION OF WIND ENERGY TOWERS OR WINDMILLS.
   (A)   Purpose. It is in the public interest and contributes to the protection of the public’s safety, health and welfare to prohibit the construction of wind energy towers or similar structures within the city.
   (B)   Prohibition of wind energy towers. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct in place or re-erect, a tower or similar structures for the purposes of wind-energy generation or windmill purposes within the city.
   (C)   Exceptions. This section does not apply to decorative landscape windmills.
