§ 115.23 RENEWAL APPLICATIONS.
   Applications for renewal licenses required by this chapter shall be completed and filed with the City Clerk no later than November 30 of the year preceding the year for which application is made. Any renewal application not completed and filed by that date shall be treated as a non-renewal application.
