(A) Upon receiving notice of the probable existence of weeds, grasses, and rank vegetation in violation of this subchapter, the Public Works/Utilities Superintendent shall make an inspection regarding the property. If the property is found to be in violation of this subchapter, the property owner or the person occupying the property shall be notified in writing by the Public Works/Utilities Superintendent of the violation.
(B) All notices are to be in writing and all filings are to be with the City Clerk.
