§ 71.10 PARKING TO OBSTRUCT SIDEWALKS OR TO OBSTRUCT TRAFFIC PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle so as to obstruct the path of a sidewalk.
   (B)   There shall be no parking or stopping on public streets so as to obstruct traffic.
