§ 71.05 PARKING CERTAIN SEMI-TRAILERS OR TRACTORS ON PUBLIC STREETS.
   No person shall park a semi-tractor or trailer, or any truck that obstructs the designed flow of traffic, any driveway, sidewalk, impairs the vision of motorists, passage of emergency vehicles, or the work of any city employee.
