(A) During snowfall, and continuing thereafter until the streets of the city have been plowed open to full width, the parking or standing of automobiles or motorized vehicles of any kind, except physicians on emergency calls or other emergency personnel, shall be prohibited. Any owner of any automobile or vehicle of any kind that has been parked in violation of this section shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
(B) Parking may be resumed on individual streets as soon as the snow has been removed from these streets, except as may be otherwise restricted by this section.
