§ 55.13 STANDBY AND RESALE OF ELECTRICITY.
   All purchased electric service (other than emergency or standby service) used on the premises of a customer shall be supplied exclusively by the city. Customers shall not, directly or indirectly, sell, sublet, assign, or otherwise dispose of the electric service or any part thereof.
