(A) Definition. Temporary service is intended to be supplied at secondary voltage only to customers for use during construction of permanent facilities and before the permanent service can be installed.
(B) Costs. Costs for temporary service construction and dismantling shall be paid by the customer. The city will provide a meter. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitable support for mounting the meter socket and attaching the service drop cables. All temporary services will be metered and billed at rates pursuant to § 50.02.
