§ 55.09 VOLTAGE FLUCTUATIONS CAUSED BY CUSTOMER.
   Electric service must not be used in such a manner as to cause unusual fluctuations or disturbances to the city’s electrical system. The city may require a customer at his or her expense to install suitable apparatus(s) which will reasonably limit such fluctuations.
