Only utility personnel or utility authorized personnel are permitted to connect or disconnect utility services. In the case of scheduled service interruptions, every effort within reason will be made to notify the customer(s) of the time, anticipated duration, and reason for services disruption. If a service is disconnected for non-payment, the customer will be notified in accordance with the established disconnection procedure.
