§ 55.03 COMMERCIAL SERVICE.
   (A)   Availability. Available to any customer not considered a residential service.
   (B)   Character of service. Single phase or three phase, 60 hertz, available secondary voltage in the area.
   (C)   Rates. Rates shall be established pursuant to § 50.02.
