It is a misdemeanor to operate a snowmobile, within the city, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. for any purpose other than going to or returning from an evening ride where the operation is not prohibited. Or, in an emergency during which time snow upon the streets or roadways renders travel by automobile impractical.
