§ 70.19 EXCEPTIONS.
   Not withstanding the prohibition of operating a snowmobile to the contrary, the operation is permitted on city streets only as follows:
   (A)   From the owner’s or operator’s residence or place of business or place the snowmobile is generally stored, in a direct route to and/or from a place of destination, provided such a place of destination is a place that such a snowmobile may be lawfully operated, parked or serviced. The place of destination is defined as follows:
      (1)   Any area outside of the city limits;
      (2)   Places for service or repair;
      (3)   Places to refuel; and
      (4)   Places for food and beverages.
   (B)   When a snowmobile departs from any of the above areas it shall take the shortest and most direct route to their residence, place of storage, or area outside of the City of Madison Lake. Operating a snowmobile within the City of Madison Lake is not permitted other than for the above. Lawfully parked would only include on private property with the owner’s or occupant’s permission and with the keys removed.
