§ 96.03 APPLICATION. 
   An application for a parade permit shall be made, at least 30 days prior to the date of the proposed parade, to the City Administrator, and shall be accompanied by an application fee in an amount established by resolution of the City Council. The application shall set forth the name of the parade sponsor, the parade route, the estimated time of commencement and termination, and a description of the participating units, and shall be executed by the applicant or an agent or representative thereof.
