§ 90.069 OBJECTION AND CORRECTIONS.
   Objections and a chance to be heard by the Council must be filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer 1 day before the time specified in the assessment notice, If objections, the Council shall proceed on the hearing in the same manner and shall have the power to revise, correct, confirm or set aside the assessment or to proceed de novo, as in cases of other assessments.
