§ 90.066 REMOVAL BY THE CITY.
   In case the owner of any such lot, tract, or parcel of land, fails to comply with the provisions of § 90.065, it shall be the duty of the Councilperson in charge of the Department of Streets and Alleys of the city, to immediately remove or cause to be removed, the snow and ice, from the sidewalk or sidewalks in front of, adjoining or adjacent to the lot, tract, or parcel of land. A report shall be made to the Council on the cost of the removal in each case with a description of the lot, tract or parcel of land from which snow and ice have been removed. The report shall be filed by the City Clerk-Treasurer for assessment.
