(A) If, upon expiration of the term of the permit, the Plumbing Inspector finds the work to be in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, he or she shall order the contractor to correct the deficiencies. If the deficiencies are not completed within 15 days, the contractor shall be required to obtain a new permit as provided above. In addition thereto, the contractor shall be subject to the penal provisions of this subchapter.
(B) Conviction of any violation of any provision of this subchapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.
