(A) Maximum length of a block shall be 1,200 feet. Blocks over 600 feet long may require pedestrian ways at least 10 feet wide at their approximate centers. The use of additional access ways to schools, parks, and other destinations may be required.
(B) Residential blocks shall normally be of sufficient width for 2 tiers of lots.
(C) Blocks intended for commercial and industrial use shall be designated as such.
