The final plat, conforming substantially to the preliminary plat as approved, shall be submitted to the City Clerk-Treasurer at least 15 days before the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall place the final plat on the agenda of the next regular Planning Commission meeting and send notices as may be required.
